These sweet songs are those of my childhood that I learned from my beloved parents and my Gurus. I have loved these songs all through my life. Each one has been a source of gratitude through moments of joy and peace through moments of sorrow.
Many of the songs on this album are not available in the public domain. Some I have only heard my mother sing. She told me she learned them when she was just a child. My overarching goal in creating this album is to preserve these precious compositions for generations ahead.
